How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping costs vary based on order size, but we offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1,000

Where do you ship in India?
We ship pan-India, subject to service availability with our courier partners.

When will my order ship?
We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible upon receipt. Deliveries within Delhi typically take 1–2 business days, while orders to other states arrive in 7-8 business days. 

Delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters, national holidays, courier operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

How do I track my order?
When your order is processed, you can track it in my account. Also, you will get an email with the tracking details.

How are my items shipped?
We make sure your kombucha ships as fresh as possible! As soon as it arrives, pop it in the fridge so it’s perfectly chilled and ready to enjoy

Do you ship to other countries other than India?
We currently ship within India only and do not offer international delivery at this time.

How is the kombucha packed to prevent breakage?
To ensure your kombucha arrives safely without breakage, every order is packed in heavy-duty shipping boxes with shock-absorbing thermocol protection and a prominent Fragile label.
